Who Are We?

Autumn Fancher has lived all over the west coast. Born in Hollywood, CA, she started working at the age of 12. Her mom was an office manager for an Oncologist. Autumn would work with her in the summers and on weekends writing receipts and filing. Because she was earning money, she learned how to file her own taxes with help from the books at the post office. She’s been doing her own taxes ever since. 

She lived in southern and northern California, where she met husband, Gene.  Las Vegas, NV, the greater Seattle area, and now in Pearce, AZ about an hour outside of Tucson. Along the way Autumn has garnered years of knowledge in debt collections, best practices/processes and how to create them, training personnel, inventory management, and her specialty, finding the problem and fixing it. Her breadth of knowledge is what makes her marvelous!

Heather Snow was born in SLC, Utah where she met her husband, Joey. They have 2 daughters in college. They moved to Houston, TX in 2008 and Seattle 2018 for Joey to pursue a career in IT. Heather owned her own screen-printing business in Seattle before selling it and moving to Las Vegas in June of 2023. 

Heather has been working as an administrative professional since she was 16 yrs. old. She first worked for the VA Hospital on work release from high school. She has since worked for other medical practices, small businesses, contract with Microsoft, and running her own small business in Seattle. She was on the board of a non-profit for 7 years, and PTSA for over 10. She brings a wide range of skill sets from information organization, policy and procedure building, social media management, purchasing, budget management, and more.
